Open-source accounting · hosted · run for you

A real accounting system underneath. Not a chatbot with a spreadsheet.

Behind the chat is ERPNext — an open-source, double-entry accounting system, implemented for your business and run on infrastructure we manage. You get the depth of a real ledger without ever opening an ERP screen.

Why open-source, hosted, and run for you

SaaS accounting is expensive and priced per seat; it’s also someone else’s server and roadmap. ERPNext is the opposite: a capable, open system with predictable hosting costs. The catch is that it’s built for accountants on a desktop, not an owner on a phone.

We close that gap. We implement ERPNext around your business — chart of accounts, HST at 13%, customers, suppliers, products, opening balances — then run it and put a chat interface in front for the everyday work.

  • Yours. Your data, exportable in standard formats, with an accountant login.
  • Fixed. Hosting, backups, updates and monitoring are inside the monthly price — no per-seat fees.
  • Reviewed. Nothing posts without the review step you configure; staff submit, you approve.

Questions

01

What is ERPNext, and why does it sit underneath this?

ERPNext is a mature, open-source accounting and ERP system — real double-entry books, HST-aware, with an audit trail. It’s powerful and inexpensive to host, but hard to use on the web day to day. We run it for you and put a chat in front of it, so you get the depth without the interface.

02

Do I have to learn ERPNext or log into an ERP?

No. You use a chat for the everyday work. The full ERPNext web app is there when you or your accountant want to go deep — journal entries, custom reports, documents — but nothing about running the business requires it.

03

Is the system self-hosted? Do I own my data?

It runs on infrastructure we manage for you, and your data is yours — exportable in standard formats, with an accountant login. Self-hosting doesn’t mean you’re on your own: hosting, backups, updates and monitoring are included in the monthly price.

04

I’m technical and could self-host ERPNext myself. Why use you?

You can — it’s open source. What we sell is the implementation and the running of it: the chart of accounts, HST, opening balances, the chat interface, backups, updates and support, configured around your business so it stays correct on a busy week.

Forty-five minutes, a plan and a price. No payment until we’ve agreed the scope, and we reply — usually the same day.
